The engineering and advisory arm of the group. HAKA handles studies, project owner assistance, technical design and the structuring and financing of projects, including for third parties. It is the brain that turns a diagnosis into a fundable, buildable plan.Le pôle études et conseil du groupe. Around the group sits a network built over twenty years and called on project by project: engineering practices in civil works and networks, in water supply and in sanitation, laboratories, contractors and local operators in each territory. We work alongside them as co-contractors rather than subcontracting everything out, so that each project carries the specialist genuinely best placed for it and so that the skills stay on the island. That network is why a small group can take on large projects.Autour du groupe gravite un réseau bâti depuis vingt ans, mobilisé projet par projet : bureaux d'études en voirie et réseaux, en eau potable et en assainissement, laboratoires, entreprises de travaux et opérateurs locaux dans chaque territoire. Nous travaillons avec eux en cotraitance plutôt qu'en sous-traitance intégrale, pour que chaque projet embarque le spécialiste réellement le mieux placé et pour que les compétences restent sur l'île. C'est ce réseau qui permet à un groupe de taille humaine de porter de gros dossiers.
